Payments may be cash, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover.
There is a 3 hour minimum for booking.

$500 usage fee (nonexclusive)
$1,000 for exclusive use of any track

All tracks above may be recorded as a demo or limited use master for the listed fee (track usage fee only, does not include any studio time).

Any CD release must include the following writer/producer credits for using the music provided by us:

Writer’s credit:  Artist (or lyric writer(s)/D. Brain, B. Young, ASCAP/Big Underground Music ASCAP

Producer’s credit: Produced by Dow Brain and Brad Young for Underground Productions

Any Major label release or Independent release selling over 10,000 copies must be negotiated by artist and attorney for advance and producer points.
